Deal damage based of your missing hp to your target and recover 3% of your maximum HP. Each hit inflicts Zellare’s Bane, increasing your Endurance by 50 per stack, up to a maximum of 10 stacks. Upon reaching 10 stacks, your endurance is tripled for 15 seconds.

Increases the skill damage based on how much health the skill caster is missing. The more health lost by the caster, the higher the damage dealt. Damage is directly proportional to the amount of missing health.
