Legend has it that Tonitrui has stored treasure throughout the Thunderfang Mountains, but I do know of one certain hoard. The Storm Cache should be close by; but you'll need the Tonitrus Rune and Spire Key to bypass the wards placed on it. Last I heard, the Energy Elementals were charged with protecting it.
