It is never wise to turn your back on the Spire… or its creatures. They're likely to strike at you when you least expect it! Defeat the Storm Draconians, Energy Elementals, and Thunder Wyverns for Storm Surge Shards; the runes I can make from them will come in handy if you locate the Storm Cache.
